Bruce B. Wuollet

Bruce comes to CPI Capital with a wealth of experience and knowledge as a multi-family apartment owner, general contractor, and investment strategist. He will spearhead CPI’s entry into the fast-growing Arizona market. It is a market he knows better than perhaps any professional in the field, with over 20 years’ experience with Arizona multifamily investing and property management at the executive level.

With its name an homage to his father who was a professional baker, Bruce launched his own real estate company, Bakerson, in 2002. As the company grew, Bruce became a leading figure in Arizona real estate investment. Bruce has overseen thousands of transactions in Arizona, and now he brings the same energy, expertise and connections to CPI.

In addition to managing our assets in Arizona, Bruce oversees critical market research, including population demographics, vacancy rates, market reports, and projections for CPI performance in the region.
