Dan Dragonetti is a seasoned business professional with a long-standing passion for real estate investing and helping companies develop and deliver on corporate strategy. He graduated from the Executive MBA program at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and he also holds undergraduate degrees in and general arts from the University of Calgary. He’s been a certified Project Management Professional for over 15 years and brings industry experience that spans the commercial real estate sector, consulting and healthcare.

Dan’s passion for real estate was sparked when he purchased his first investment property in 2005. This soon expanded to the multifamily sector and led to a role with a Vancouver-based private real estate investment firm during which time he wrote his master’s thesis on real estate syndication that outlined a business model for private real estate equity companies.

Dan brings his passion for real estate and entrepreneurial spirit to CPI Capital and joins as an Executive Director where his business acumen and real estate investing expertise will help CPI Capital continue its impressive growth by helping to scale its ability to provide high quality multifamily investment opportunities to qualified investors.
