Mark Joseph

As CPI’s Asset Acquisition Director, Mark brings years of experience to the team. Mark has over 6 years of multifamily experience. He has extensive experience in asset management, joint ventures, underwriting, waterfall modeling, and stewarding overall property performance. He has well-developed skills preparing asset management and property performance reports, creating valuation models, and developing property budgets. Mark has been involved in over $100MM of joint venture acquisitions and has served as the sole asset manager for 9,000 units in the Texas market. At the institutional level Mark oversaw fund level waterfall modelling for over 20,000 units across the US.
